Tri-Energetics for counselling and therapy

Practices

The theory of Tri-energetics is very simple, but it's practices are very rich.

There's needs, wants and intentions, there is flexibility, tolerance en curiosity, and there is a lot more.

Like the importance of gratitude.

Being in silence, singing mantras, giving someone a hug.

Or having an emotional release from time to time.

Julia de Geus wrote what she calls a "tri-energetic Tarot". This collection of articles beautifully captures the spirit of what we do in events working with tri-energetics. Based on Julia's work, the Practice articles are now a collaborative effort.
